"The PAWS program has allowed Blue Valley to invest in the future of PAT in Kansas .  I believe that our data driven society will set more stringent requires for accountability and evaluation.  I believe that your program will enable us to meet these needs.  You have worked with us to develop a system to accurately record all the components of a Parents As Teachers program as well as demographic statistics that are invaluable for reports and grant writing.  All of this at the touch of a keyboard and internet access! Additionally I've had the opportunity to empower parent educators to master their computer skills and conquer their technology fears.  I've witnessed novices become trainers in navigating the new system and the web world.  I've also seen skill development in the writing of Personal Visit Records as a higher accountability has been employed through this system.  Initially there has been a time investment as staff has come on board, but the payoff has been tremendous.  It has truly been an investment that has paid dividends! I'm thrilled with the potential for accurate data to use in our constant battle for funding."
